Opal LED UV Lash Adhesive
Low-Fume. Light-Cure. Designed for Greater Control.
Opal LED UV Lash Adhesive is a professional light-cure adhesive designed to give lash artists control over when each attachment cures. Used with the Opal Light-Cure System, it remains workable during placement and cures on demand under compatible 400 nm light.
Choose Your Viscosity
There isn’t one “best” Opal—there’s the Opal you prefer working with.
All four formulas are designed for the same professional lash applications. No formula is inherently better for a particular lash style or technique. Your choice comes down to your preferred viscosity and how the adhesive feels during placement.
| Formula | Viscosity | Working feel |
|---|---|---|
| Opal Clear | Ultra-thin | The lightest consistency in the collection, with a crystal-clear finish. |
| Opal Violet | Thin/medium | A little more body than Clear, with a violet tint. |
| Opal Ocean | Medium | More body than Violet, with a little more initial grab during placement. |
| Opal Blush | Medium/thick | The fullest consistency in the collection, with a blush-pink tint. |
All four formulas have the same recommended cure time. Ocean’s additional grab describes its hold during placement; it does not change the recommended light-cure time.
A Lower-Fume Lash Environment
Opal contains approximately 60–70% cyanoacrylate—about 25% less than a typical lash adhesive formula.
In laboratory testing, the Opal formula tested produced approximately 300 times fewer fumes than Lash Apothecary’s Black Pearl adhesive under the same testing conditions.
The lower-fume formulation is designed to support a more comfortable working environment for artists and clients bothered by traditional adhesive fumes and odor.
Controlled Curing and Reliable Retention
Artist-controlled curing helps reduce the unpredictability associated with conventional adhesives and changing room conditions.
-
10–12-week retention rating*
-
Approximately 1-second technical cure
-
Recommended 2–3-second cure during application across all four formulas
-
Helps reduce stickies and improve placement control
-
No bonder required
-
No nano mister needed
The retention rating is not a guaranteed wear period or recommended interval between appointments. Actual retention varies with application, aftercare, and the natural lash cycle.
Less Product Waste
Most artists use approximately one to three adhesive drops per client, helping reduce product waste without adding extra bonding products to the service.
Made in the USA
Opal is manufactured in the United States inside an FDA-registered facility with a clean, pressurized laboratory environment designed to support consistent production and quality.
Important
Every Opal formula—including Clear, Violet, Ocean, and Blush—contains cyanoacrylate. Opal is not acrylate-free or allergy-proof. Lower fumes do not eliminate the possibility of irritation or allergic reactions.
For professional use only. Always follow the Opal application, curing, and client-screening protocols.
